The Belgrade (Serbia) Meeting and Conference
10-14 November 2010
 

The next meeting of the CISG Advisory Council will take place in Belgrade, Serbia. The meeting will coincide with an international conference hosted by the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law (http://www.ius.bg.ac.rs/eng/) organized in cooperation with GTZ Open Regional Fund for South East Europe and Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration attached to Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
The conference will focus on the CISG and Harmonised Trade Law. For more information on this Conference please contact Ms Milena Djordjevic at milena@ius.bg.ac.rs.

The La Rioja (Logroño, Spain) Meeting and Conference
5-8 November 2009
 

The last meeting of the CISG Advisory Council took place in Logroño, the capital of the Province of La Rioja in Spain. The meeting coincided with an international conference hosted by the University of La Rioja and was organised by Prof Pilar Perales Viscasillas. The conference focused on the CISG, Incoterms, the Unidroit Principles and the future of harmonised trade law. 
 

The Council discussed the current topics listed in the Schedule of Work as well as some new topics which have been raised.

The Tokyo Meeting and Conference 
14-17 November 2008

The last meeting of the CISG Advisory Council took place on 14-15 November 2008 in Tokyo, Japan. At this meeting four Draft Opinions were discussed. For the topics see The Schedule of Work. Two of these opinions have now been completed. The meeting coincided with an international conference and workshop organized by Professor Hiroo Sono in co-operation with the Ministry of Justice of Japan

The Wuhan Meeting and Conference
10-14 October 2007
